What happens at an open improv training?<\/h2>\n

Exactly how the evening turns out largely depends on the activity and interest of the participants, our focus for the given day, and many external and internal factors, all of which we take into account in order to spend the three hours available to us together in the most useful and enjoyable way for the group. Of course, there are basics that you can always count on.<\/p>\n

After registration, we start with ice-breaking exercises in the theater, leaving our daily tasks behind. We help the participants to be present in the Here and Now and tune in to each other.<\/p>\n

After the warm-up, we immerse ourselves in the topic of the day and improvise. We participate in group and pair games and situational exercises, each according to their habitus and openness.<\/p>\n

Every time we learn something new about ourselves, each other, relationships and our inner workings. The human side of improv theater is also important to us, so we also provide space for sharing experiences and experiences.<\/p>\n
