Igényfelmérés

Felteszünk minden olyan kérdést, amit a közös munkavégzés kereteinek kidolgozásához érdemes végiggondolni, és a megrendelői igényekre reagálva alakítjuk ki ajánlatunkat.

Szakértelem

Szervezőként, projektvezetőként bőven elég, ha a saját szakterületed képviseled. A színészi asszisztenciát igénylő munkában, színészek instruálásában bátran bízd magad ránk. Akár a koordináció terhét is levesszük válladról.

Projekted, rendezvényed sikerét saját ügyünknek tekintjük. Partnerként gondolkodunk együtt, hogy a lehető legtöbbet hozzuk ki az eseményből.

Miért dolgozz az Itt és Most improvizációs színészeivel?

Az Itt és Most Társulat színészei közül sokan maguk is trénerek, és rendezvények szervezésében is tapasztaltak, így tudják, mennyi munkával jár egy konferencia, céges esemény vagy akár egy fesztivál létrehozása. A legnagyobb előny azonban, hogy hivatásszerűen foglalkoznak váratlan helyzetek megoldásával, azonnali reakciót igénylő színpadi és színpadon kívüli helyzetekkel. Amire számíthatsz:

Rugalmasság

Színészeink fel vannak készülve a váratlan helyzetekre, gyors változásokra. A fix keretektől sem riadnak vissza, ugyanakkor nem fagynak le, ha valami nem a várakozások szerint alakul, hiszen épp arra tréningezik magukat, hogy az adott helyzetre reagáljanak.

Stabilitás

A rugalmasság megbízható, stabil jelenlétet is hoz magával. Összeszokott csapatként, egymást támogatva a nehéz helyzeteket nem problémaként, hanem lehetőségként értelmezzük.

Oldott légkör

Az Itt és Most Társulatban hiszünk az improvizáció alapelveiben. Empátia, közös építkezés, a körülmények és lehetőségek szerinti reakció, humor, pozitív gondolkodás -minden munkánkban tükröződnek ezek az értékek.

"Organized last year, summer, FREE P-ART! At our event, the Itt és Most Társulat performed with great audience success. Then and there, they stopped young and old relaxing on the direct shore of Lake Balaton, older people walking their dogs on the shore, and young people and foreigners cycling around Lake Balaton with their entertaining and thought-provoking performance that worked the abdominal muscles in an extra way from laughter. The immediacy, play and playfulness of the actors, the "improvised" production at the given moment, then and there, was thoroughly elaborated and composed, and at the same time, it testified to extraordinary professionalism, reacting extremely sensitively and subtly, but immediately, to every movement of the audience.

It was both a skill developer and a vocabulary developer, but at the same time it showed that different attitudes/strategies can lead to results for different tasks.

The tasks were exciting and fast-paced, and you had to quickly adapt to new situations. Throughout, Gábor was able to maintain our enthusiasm and focus on each other, on ourselves, and on the tasks. He approached the person from his positive side, which was very likable.
